Ready or not blog world, here I come!

Ready or not here I come!  Yelp, that's right, I have decided to start blogging in all of my free time (I use the terms "free time" sarcastically).  I am a mother of five and I never have a second of free time, but one of my New Year's Resolutions is to make time for something new and exciting, and yes, this was my choice!  Boring huh, maybe to some, but the computer is my window to the world right now.  I don't get out in public much with my herd, that is for your best interest!  I named my blog onetwothreefourfivesixseven for the lack of anything else more creative this morning, and because yes, there are seven of us!  I know, we are only 1/4 of the Duggers but we are a large family in comparison to most!
I plan on using this mainly for selfish reasons, I type faster than I write, and bless my kids heart's, they don't have scrap books, they don't have journals, they don't have any organized log of our family memories or their personal milestones so I think this will challenge me to be more disciplined in recording those things without having to stop the day's schedule to put it into writing.

To those of you who may be brave enough or bored enough to follow our wild and crazy life, welcome!  I hope to be able to share a glimpse of my five blessings, Jaxon 12, Caleb 9, Jules 3, Aedia 1, and Abram 1 (twins) with you!  God was kind enough to let me borrow five of his wonderful children for our time here on earth and I pray daily that I can guide them in his will and plan for their lives.  They teach me as much as I teach them everyday and my husband and I should be real smart after raising five right?  I joke with many about hopefully surviving the parenting days of five teenagers.  My motivation is the end result which presents itself as a room by myself at a local nursing home where I can wear diapers!  My kids can come visit and push me around in something with wheels on it and make sure I didn't we me bed!  Yelp, I may land myself in that situation at a lot younger age than many just from the preview my 12 year old is already giving me!  All joking aside, Jaxon is a wonderful young man and is introducing me to the pre-teen stage just fine, (I will be fine with the right medications by the time Caleb reaches that stage)!!
Well, here we go...a new journey for a new year, thankfully I just take things five minutes at a time!  Thank you for allowing me to put my jumbled up, fragmented, thoughts and memories down into some form of organization.  Happy New Year friends and family, we look forward to seeing what God has in store for everyone!  He is always right and always right on time!
This is a wonderful picture of the herd.  It made the front page or our Christmas card this year!  If I could give this picture a title, it would be..."When the manger faced danger"...when this part of the nativity scene showed up, the "Silent Night"ended for sweet baby Jesus!
